I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms are old and dated but well-maintained and offer a cozy stay, although the price seemed a bit high for what was provided. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay pleasant. The location was convenient for our plans, although it could get a bit noisy at times. The dining options were limited, but the pool area and facilities were enjoyable.

The rooms, despite being old and dated, were in awesome shape and quite fabulous, providing a comfortable stay beside the pool and vending machines.

The service was top-notch with friendly staff in the hotel and restaurant who were very accommodating. Even the housekeeping staff went above and beyond when my grandson accidentally locked the bathroom door.
Location

The hotel's location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to visit like General Jackson, Opryland, Grand Ole Opry, and numerous restaurants. Despite being near a busy highway that caused disturbances, it was ideal for exploring the city.
Dining

The dining options were a bit limited, with only a Starbucks available in the atrium and some issues with the food quality like a fly in the salad bar. However, the pool area was served by friendly staff which enhanced the experience.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were adequate, offering basic amenities and a pleasant pool area. However, they didn't match the standards of a premium collection of hotels, lacking the luxurious touch I expected.

The hotel had nice and clean rooms, but they felt a little dated. While the location was convenient with plenty to do nearby, the noise from the busy street and adjoining rooms was a downside. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff, but the dining experience left much to be desired with rude service and broken facilities.
